The working principle of a universal crusher is mainly to crush materials through the interaction between high-speed rotating components and fixed components. The materials to be crushed enter the crushing chamber through the feeding port. The crushing chamber is equipped with a high-speed rotating rotor (usually with blades, hammers, and other components), which generates strong centrifugal and impact forces when the rotor rotates. The material is subjected to strong impact, shear, collision, and friction between the high-speed rotating rotor and the fixed lining plate (or screen). The material is gradually crushed into small particles under the above-mentioned forces. When the particle size is smaller than the aperture of the sieve, it will pass through the sieve under centrifugal force or airflow and be discharged from the discharge port; Particles that do not meet the fineness requirements will continue to be repeatedly crushed in the crushing chamber until they meet the specifications.
