I、Application industry

II、 Equipment structure
Colloidal mill belongs to wet grinding and shearing equipment, mainly divided into two types: split type
and vertical type. The core components are:
1. Drive motor: It drives the rotor to rotate at high speed and can be selected from ordinary motors or explosion-proof motors.
2. Transmission assembly: pulley/coupling, transmitting power
3. Grinding head (core component): stator+rotor, with serrated grooves, the gap can be manually adjusted; By relying on high-speed cutting, grinding, and impact, the material is refined and emulsified.
4. Mechanical seal: Single end/double end mechanical seals are commonly used to prevent material leakage, and double end seals are preferred for high-temperature and corrosive materials.
5. Cooling jacket: The external water-cooled jacket of the grinding head takes away heat during grinding, protecting materials and seals.
6. Inlet and outlet: The inlet is used for feeding, and the outlet can be connected to a circulation pipeline to achieve multiple cycles of grinding.
7. Rack base: supports the entire machine, with stable shock absorption.


III、Common Materials
Base and shell materials: carbon steel, stainless steel.
Material contact surface material: SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel can be selected.
Grinding head dynamic and static disc material: wear-resistant alloy.
