Today we will introduce the operation process of IBC ton bucket mobile mixer
The working principle of IBC mixer is mainly based on the rotation of a shaft with blades inside the container to stir and mix the materials. Specifically, its working principle and operating mechanism are as follows:
Core mixing mechanism: By rotating a shaft with blades in the cylinder or tank of an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container), various raw materials are stirred and mixed to form a uniform mixture or achieve a suitable viscosity.
Drive and control: Equipment is usually driven by a power drive device (such as a pneumatic or electric motor) to rotate the spindle and blades.
一、 Check before startup
1. Check the whole machine: whether the lifting mechanism, motor, and mixing blade are deformed or loose, the power cord is intact without damage, and the grounding is reliable; Confirm that the explosion-proof markings of the explosion-proof model are intact.
2. Confirm that the container: IBC ton drum/mixing drum is placed steadily, the drum body is fixed, the material liquid level meets the requirements, and should not be overfilled to prevent overflow.
3. Install the mixing blade: Lock the mixing blade firmly onto the main shaft and place it in the container. Leave a distance of 30-50mm between the blade and the bottom of the bucket to avoid scraping the bucket.
4. Lifting debugging: manual/electric/hydraulic lifting, confirm that the lifting is smooth and there is no jamming, and the limit device is effective; Adjust the overall position of the machine to ensure that the spindle is vertical and not eccentric.
二、 Trial operation
Turn on the machine and observe whether the rotation direction of the stirring blade is correct, without any abnormal noise or severe shaking; Run idle for 10-30 seconds, check for motor temperature rise, vibration, and no leakage at the seal.
三、 Formal mixing operation
1. After confirming that everything is normal, start the equipment and gradually adjust the speed (variable frequency version) from low speed to the set speed. It is forbidden to start directly at full speed.
During the mixing process, observe the state of the material and pay attention to the motor current and temperature; If there is severe vibration, abnormal noise, or tripping, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
During the homework period, it is strictly prohibited to reach out or insert tools into the bucket, and it is forbidden to move the entire machine. If you need to add materials, stop the machine and then open the barrel.
四、 Shutdown operation (key steps)
1. First, adjust the speed to the lowest, turn off the motor, and wait for the mixing blade to completely stop.
2. Start the lifting mechanism to lift the mixing blade away from the material liquid level, and fully extract the material from the blade.
3. Power off, cut off the power switch.
4. Wait for the material on the blade to drip clean before moving the entire machine.
