Our company has upgraded and launched a lifting IBC mixer, specially developed for standard 1000L IBC ton drums, to solve the problems of material sedimentation, stratification, and uneven mixing in the ton drums. There is no need to transfer materials or change tanks, and the mixing operation can be completed directly inside the ton drums, reducing the loss and cross pollution caused by material transfer. It is widely suitable for liquid, paste, solid-liquid mixing conditions in industries such as chemical, daily chemical, coatings, food additives, and new energy additives.
This machine adopts an electric mixing and hydraulic lifting structure, with one click adjustment of the mixing shaft lifting and lowering, which can be operated by a single person; The bottom of the relocation rack is designed with movable universal brake wheels, allowing the equipment to move flexibly. One device can be used for multiple ton drums to circulate, improving equipment utilization. The mixing shaft, mixing blade and other components in contact with the material are made of 304/316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean; Equipped with foldable propeller blades, the blades can be retracted and pass through the narrow opening of IBC. After high-speed rotation, the blades are fully unfolded, and there are no dead corners in the mixing of the bucket, effectively preventing material settling and layering.
The IBC mixer is equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, which can flexibly adjust the speed range and accurately match the mixing conditions according to different material viscosities. For high viscosity pastes and thick slurries, low-speed mixing is selected to avoid material splashing and excessive blade load; For low viscosity liquids and thinners, high-speed stirring is used to quickly disperse precipitates and achieve uniform mixing. The speed can be freely adjusted throughout the process, and the stirring rhythm is more controllable.
The drive motor offers two configurations to choose from. Standard ordinary motors are selected for regular working conditions, which have high cost-effectiveness and stable operation; Chemical solvents, coatings, reagents, and other flammable and explosive production workshops with dust and solvent volatilization can be upgraded with explosion-proof motors. The electrical components of the entire machine meet explosion-proof safety standards, eliminating static electricity and spark hazards and ensuring workshop production safety.
The power supply voltage of the equipment can be customized and adapted according to the standards of the national power grid where the customer is located, and can be matched with voltages from multiple countries such as 220V/380V/415V; The lifting mechanism has adjustable travel and is compatible with standard IBC drums of different height specifications, making it highly versatile.
The whole machine supports all-round non-standard customization, and can adjust the motor power, lifting and lowering stroke, mixing blade structure and material as needed (multiple blade types such as single blade, three blade, folding blade, etc. are available), to fit the actual production conditions of customers on site. Complete the mixing of ton bucket materials on site, without the need for repeated tank transfer and material pouring, greatly simplifying the entire production process, reducing material transfer losses, and reducing labor input for manual transfer and bucket replacement operations, effectively reducing the overall production cost of the enterprise.
