The structure of the gear disc grinder consists of a high-speed rotating moving gear disc and a fixed gear ring. The spindle of the hammer type grinder is equipped with multiple sets of movable/fixed hammers, and the crushing chamber is equipped with impact plates. The hammer material is mostly wear-resistant alloy steel. The grinding principle is that the hammer rotates at high speed (3000-6000r/min) with the spindle, vigorously impacting, splitting, and striking the block shaped and hard materials entering the crushing chamber. With the rebound effect of the impact plate, the materials are quickly broken into small particles, and the coarse crushing effect is significant. Force type: mainly impact+splitting+striking, suitable for materials such as hard block materials, ores, feed materials, wood scraps, straw blocks, hard chemical materials, etc. Grinding fineness: mainly coarse crushing, conventional 20-60 mesh, suitable for large aperture sieves.
