Belt conveyors generally have a small conveying capacity and light overall weight. They are commonly used for conveying food, chemicals, packaging, powders, and small finished products. The commonly used belt width is 300-800mm, and the frame can be made of carbon steel/stainless steel.
1. Flat belt conveyor: Belt material: PVC, PU, rubber. The surface of the belt is flat and smooth, and the material is conveyed flat.
-Features: Simple structure, low cost, smooth operation, capable of horizontal and small inclination conveying.

2. Climbing and lifting edge belt conveyor: The belt is equipped with a horizontal baffle (partition) to prevent material from sliding down.
-Features: It can climb and transport at a large inclination angle, with a maximum inclination angle of about 45 °.
-Applicable: lifting and feeding of granular and small materials, combined with feeding hopper.
3. Belt conveyor with high inclination skirt edge: The belt is equipped with wavy skirt edges on both sides and a middle horizontal partition to prevent material leakage and sliding down.
-Features: Larger inclination angle, less prone to material scattering.
-Applicable: Water containing powder, fine particles, suitable for feeding from low to high.
4. Anti slip patterned belt conveyor: The surface of the belt is patterned (herringbone pattern, diamond pattern) to increase friction.
