The horizontal mixer is mainly used for the mixing of two or more types of materials, pre mixed materials, which can achieve rapid and uniform mixing in a short period of time. The shaft seals at both ends adopt special seals, with no leakage of powder liquid. The replacement cost of sealing consumables is low, and it is easy to replace. Therefore, it is a widely used, adaptable, and effective high-efficiency mixing equipment.
The main shaft of the horizontal mixer is equipped with double-layer spiral blades. The external blades transport the material to the middle, while the internal blades transport the material to the outside. The material forms a low power and efficient mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The internal and external spiral installed on the mixing shaft drives the material inside the barrel, allowing the agitator to perform a large-scale flipping process on the material inside the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate axially, pushing it from the inside to both sides. The outer screw drives the material near the barrel wall to rotate axially, pushing it from both sides to the inside, so that the mixed material can be evenly mixed in a short time.

2. Knife type (circular) models of all sizes can choose this type of discharge port. Specification diameter 133-159-219-273. Disadvantage: There is a small section of material that cannot be stirred.
3. Butterfly valve type (circular) is suitable for fine powder or some liquid materials to prevent leakage.
4. Butterfly valves can be divided into three switch modes: manual, pneumatic, and electric (the latter two can be automatically controlled).
5. The gate valve (square) uses a motor to drive the lifting reducer to push and pull horizontally, playing a switching role (suitable for automation control).
